Will Barroso Get The Honour?
News travelling around the office of this author is that a business trip is in order. After the successes of being involved in interviewing Paul Krugman and at the European Business Summit, it looks as though I will be dispatched to Lisbon in June for an event.
In truth, I am still rather unclear about the nature of the event or why me. So far I am simply concentrating on the idea of Lisbon in June! Despite this incoherency, it appears that I will be involved in interviewing the top man at the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso.
I’m sure it will go without saying that there must be some element of the Lisbon Agenda, the EU economy, innovation and growth involved in it all, so I’ll explain more when I know. So the important question is:
“Will Barroso get the honour of meeting me???”
